All allottees whose last date for payment of instalments for their respective allotments is 10th September 2024 are hereby informed that the payment instalments will be deactivated on 10.09.2024. subject to the approval of the management it will be activated.
Please note that the payment box for miscellaneous charges, including other dues, has been deactivated. These charges will only be opened for payment upon the receipt of the Occupancy Certificate for the project from the Engineering Section.

As per the recent changes to the Maharashtra Stamp Act through the ordinance dated October 14, 2024, the minimum stamp duty for affidavits and agreements has been revised to â¹500.
Please ensure that stamp papers valued at â¹500 are used for all documents such as for affidavits and agreement

The last chance to submit documents for the Diwali lottery 2022 scheme will be carried out between 02/05/2024 to 10/05/2024. Please visit the NIVARA Kendra office with all necessary documents mentioned in Irada Patra (LOI) without fail, this is the final opportunity.

Dear Allottees of 34 & 36 Taloja,
We are pleased to inform you of a significant update regarding the waiver of miscellaneous charges. As per the recent approval, the following miscellaneous charges will be waived for allottees who complete the payment of all instalments by September 2024:
⢠ZPWD Charges
⢠ZWDB Charges
⢠M&R (Fixed) ZMRF Charges
Please be advised that this waiver is now independent of the date of obtaining the Occupancy Certificate (OC), as was previously the case. This means that as long as all due instalments are cleared by the deadline of September 2024, the above-mentioned charges will be waived, regardless of the OC date.
We encourage all allottees to ensure that all outstanding instalments are paid by the stipulated deadline to avail of this waiver.

Under the amnesty scheme, CIDCO has given an extension to the cases whose installment payment was blocked, now they can resume their installment payment till 10.01.2024. A list of accepted applications can be viewed in the important document section.
Note: After the due date their Allotment will be canceled and EMD will be forfeited plus 10% of the total BC Installment paid will be forfeited.

Procedure of Name Change on Allotment letter : -
Documents required for Name change -
1. Application from the applicant
2. Name Change Proof : - Pan Card & Aadhar Card
3. In case of name change after Marriage - Required to submit the Gazette or Marriage certificate.
4. Duly Notarized Affidavit - Having content that Name before Change and Name after change applicant is the same and he is giving the right and true information for which in future whatever complaint will be received he / she will be responsible for the same. (Format is available on CIDCO NIVARA Portal)
5. Application Fee: - Rs. 5000/- + Applicable GST must be pay through online Mode ( cidco.maharashtra.gov.in/marketing) |
